Paperwork at BISA 2023

The 2023 BISA Annual Convention “Elevate, Energize, Execute” focused on fostering opportunities for learning, engagement, and interaction within the Banking, Insurance, and Securities industries.

At the BISA 2023 Convention, industry leaders tackled some of the toughest challenges facing banks and credit unions, including how to take industry shakeups and transform problems into opportunities. This year, Paperwork’s strategic advisor Keena Pettijohn and Content Director Kate Grayson represented Paperwork at BISA.

Pettijohn hosted an innovative session “Family Feud: Financial Addition.” This session – based on the popular TV show – divided credit union, banking, and fintech leaders into two teams, captained by Kate Grayson of Paperwork and Kat Beddow of Atria Wealth. Teams considered questions central to the future of finance, such as financial wellness, consumer needs, and building a trustworthy brand. It was a lively discussion complimented by great audience participation.
