Paperwork selected for AARP Innovation Labs Summer Cohort 2021

Paperwork is thrilled to have been selected for the AARP Innovation Labs Accelerator Program, Summer Cohort of 2021.

AARP Innovation Labs holds and sponsors pitch competitions year-round, identifying startups who are creating disruptive products in the AgeTech space. “We were delighted that AARP spotted us at one of their sponsored demo days”, says Kevin Cimring, CEO of Paperwork. “Paperwork’s ability to help people organize and take control of their financial lives is applicable through all stages of life, including as we transition into our 50’s and beyond. That’s when certain elements of our financial lives take on greater significance, such as estate planning, healthcare and caregiving for aging parents. Paperwork is focused on making those critical areas of our life easier to manage.”

Scott Mount, CPXO at Paperwork, sees the 8-week accelerator program as an incredible opportunity to better understand the 50+ consumer and help Paperwork position their solution to tap into the $8.3 trillion longevity economy. “The age-range of early adopters self-identifying with our solution is within the broad spectrum of 32 to 54 years, with a non-trivial portion over 50 years of age. With hands-on mentorship and expert resources at our disposal, the accelerator program will help us better understand and serve that segment so that we can tackle the specific challenges they are facing head on.”

The program commences in early July and runs for 8 weeks, followed by admission to the AgeTech Collaborative™ from AARP, a collaborative network of investors, start-ups and thought-leaders to help advance solutions in the longevity segment.
